Privacy Policy

CreatorMate provides a web application that lets a user connect a TikTok account and send a selected video to TikTok as a draft. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the service.
Information we handle
- TikTok authorization tokens: access and refresh tokens returned after you approve CreatorMate through TikTok OAuth.
- Account identifiers: the TikTok open identifier and authorization scopes returned with the token response.
- Selected content: the video file you choose to upload and the upload status returned by TikTok.
- Technical data: limited request and error information processed by our hosting provider to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information only to complete the authorization you request, transfer your selected video to TikTok, show the result, prevent request forgery, and maintain the security and reliability of CreatorMate.
Storage and retention
Authorization tokens are kept in the active browser session and are removed when you disconnect or close the session. CreatorMate does not store your uploaded video in an application database. The video is transferred to TikTok for the draft workflow. Hosting security logs may be retained for a limited period by our infrastructure provider.
Sharing
We send authorization requests and selected videos to TikTok only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare processes requests as our hosting and security provider.
Your choices and rights
You can disconnect inside CreatorMate, revoke CreatorMate access from your TikTok account settings, or request deletion of information associated with your use of the service. To make a privacy or deletion request, email [email protected].
Children
CreatorMate is not directed to children. Users must meet TikTok's applicable age and account requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
