Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CreatorMate. By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

CreatorMate lets you authorize a TikTok account and transfer a selected MP4 video through the TikTok Content Posting API. Content is uploaded as a draft. You must open TikTok notifications to finish editing and posting inside TikTok. CreatorMate only creates a private draft.

CreatorMate is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

2. Authorization

You choose whether to authorize CreatorMate through TikTok OAuth. You may disconnect in CreatorMate or revoke authorization in TikTok settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok account and devices.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You may upload only content that you own or have permission to use. You grant CreatorMate the limited permission required to transfer the selected file to TikTok at your request.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use CreatorMate for spam, illegal, deceptive, or infringing content; malware; unauthorized account access; platform manipulation; or any activity that violates TikTok's terms, policies, or community guidelines.

5. Availability

The service depends on TikTok and Cloudflare. Uploads may be limited, delayed, rejected, or unavailable because of authorization status, file requirements, rate limits, account restrictions, or third-party service changes.

6. No warranty

CreatorMate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or acceptance of any upload by TikTok.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreatorMate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, loss of access, or actions taken by TikTok.

8. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the service or update these Terms. You may stop using CreatorMate and revoke its TikTok authorization at any time.
